$FIAS Claim Form for Self Custodial Wallets
This claim form is only for who TRADED FIAS ON ETHEREUM AFTER THE HACK . If your Fias is held on MEXC, please navigate here: (Link ) to complete your token swap. You can claim from both forms if needed.
All claims will be verified against our Ethereum & MEXC records. Any claims that are verified as false will be entirely forfeit.
-All Initial token balances (before Oct-02-2024 01:38:47 PM +UTC) will be reissued with a 1:1 token swap.
-If you are a net purchaser of $Fias tokens between Oct-02-2024 01:38:47 PM +UTC and Oct-03-2024 03:12:11 PM +UTC. You are eligible to receive Fias tokens equivalent to the $USD spent, with the fair market price of $0.01635, with a 100% token bonus.

3. If you have any Fias allocated to you within a vesting schedule such as a SAFT, or just held your tokens, they will be fully vested directly to your allocated wallet and no action is required.
4. DevvDrop tokens will now be distributed on a monthly basis directly to your wallet. No action is required.
Some users may fall into all 4 categories and will need to complete the actions for both 1 & 2 to receive all available tokens.
We aim to make the token swap process as simple as possible, however please allow some time after your claim for our team to validate your information with our records.
You are required to provide proof of purchase and proof of wallet ownership that we will match with our records. Please follow the instructions below to ensure an efficient token swap process.
If you bought and sold tokens during the time window, and your net balance is zero or less, you are not eligible for a claim. If you bought tokens and transferred them to another wallet, the wallet that was involved in the purchase is considered a net purchaser and the receiving wallet is not.
Example: I bought with wallet A on UniSwap and sent tokens to wallet B, wallet A is the Net Purchaser and you need to use wallet A’s information to fill out this form.
